Giampietro Povolo is born on 1968 in the city of Andrea Palladio, Vicenza. After a Degree in Management (University of Verona) and work experiences in Italy, France and UK in 2002 came back to Vicenza as CFO in Cielo e Terra Spa. In 2006 is PhD in Business&Agriculture (ALMA University of Bologna) with a thesis about “manage and improve performance in a winery” talking about the kaizen project in Cielo e Terra (first winery in Italy introducing lean management) On 2007 is Finance&Operation Manager and since 2015 is also CSR manager He thinks that “The purpose of a manager is to imagine (a better world) and inspire people working with him to carry out this project”.
