Enrico Chioccioli Altadonna was born in a family involved in the Wine business for two generations. His father Stefano Chioccioli is a winemaker consultant and the family is wine producer in Tuscany. Enrico, is co-founder and Master Distiller of Winestillery, the first and only craft distillery in the Chianti Classico Region. Graduated in Law with honors from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, he was a lawyer specialized in wine law. Previously he was Export Manager of the Chioccioli Altadonna Family Estate. Having become a Sommelier during his university years, he then trained as a Master Distiller at the O.I.C. of the Conegliano Enological School. Before opening Winestillery, he worked as a intern at the King’s County Distillery in New York and at the Distillerie de l’Antenne in Cognac. Enrico also lived in Bordeaux, where he completed the D.U.I.O. at the I.S.V.V.
